New Leaf Inn
Passive Solar Straw Bale Residence
” I think our first year’s electric bill was $12, it is a good house, we used the back-up heaters once during the freeze last winter and haven’t really needed the ceiling fans during the summer; we understand how the thermal mass works to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter!”
